Can someone else accept the delivery for me?
Yes, as long as the person receiving the order is 21 or older and can present a valid ID. They must be at the delivery address when the driver arrives.
What if I am not home when the driver arrives?
Our driver will attempt to contact you by phone and text. If we cannot reach you within 10 minutes, the order may be returned to our facility and a redelivery fee may apply.
Are there minimum order requirements?
Minimum order amounts vary by location and are displayed at checkout before you confirm. Most areas require a $35 minimum for delivery orders.
Is the delivery packaging discreet?
Absolutely. All orders are sealed in plain, unmarked, child-resistant packaging. There is no visible branding or indication of contents on the exterior.
Can I tip my driver?
